Sweetly sucking lips betrayed
by lips sweetly sucking snake.
Snake betrays through gifting figs
to effervescent Eve,
who bites the fig
as if it were her lover’s skin.
As she shares a fig-kiss
with Adam,
the snake silently slithers away
(He already got his kiss.)
Banishment:
Now the garden is boring.
